My god. He has so many interesting introductions and Talion death quotes, including the many ones I haven’t heard before. Though he lacks other unique quotes like his Overlord and Betrayal speech. And his constant quote of “The singer’s song will never end!” really began to take away his character.

I was hunting a uruk called the twins while i was hunting for a bard because i just wanted one as a overlord. And when i heard me-me-me-meee and did his little song, i was extremely suprised for well, reasons, and then a poet ambushed me, glad to say the poet and twins are warchiefs now and singer my new overlord.

One of the things about the game that's very saddening is how much recruitung orcs narrows dows the range of dialogue lines you'll hear, just because you're not fighting anymore. You can put a lot of effort in searching for and recruiting unique orcs, but the only way someone could appreciate your work is when other players encounter your forts in online sieges

Actually, you can also do the opposite; instead of recruiting, you can instead focus on "hunting" these orcs, listening to what they have to say, disregarding that you will get killed by them, or killing some of erm in the process just to trigger their cheat death dialogue/backstory. The encounter experience is also part of the money we paid for. Recruiting is only cool for bragging rights; otherwise, it's pretty pointless, especially since people can cheat out orcs to be as OP as possible. Also people would appreciate your fort only because they could grab something from you just to brag about it instead of really sight-seeing it or appreciating it. Not all, of course, but most of what I encounter or am shared with throughout the years.

I like this guy, I have for some reason have three of them in Nurnen under my rule. One as warchief, the rest as bodyguards so when I test my defences it's just loud "Let's singggg!" as I get battered by them. 10/10 would recruit a 4th.

I hate how these guys seem to be insanely rare. I've beaten the game 3 times and only met one during the start where you can't recruit orcs. Wish I could find more, I'd make my entire army be nothing but a bunch of merry, dancing, warriors. Also gotta love the guys sense of practicality, he wants to make music and sing, but also needs to fight as is his duty, so he creates a lute with an axe blade attached, that way he can do both at once

Tbf Singer and Poet spawns pretty often atleast more often than others rarer guys; Gab, Crimson, Inscrutable, Agonizer, etc etc. But ofc the nemesis system can be a b*tch to some players, personally I replayed the game about 11 times in order to meet all of erm (including scars), on average each save with atleast 100+ hours clocked in, on pc if you wonder. I'm find it hard to trigger certain scars. While people does it more easily but I have to do it like 10 times more to trigger; Stitch, Machine, Slash face, Beast olog, etc 😅

I got Shadow of War for Christmas from my brother and earlier I got a Bard Orc. I'm gonna make it my number 1 job to keep him alive and at my side cause I'll never find another Orc like him.

@@ikigaofficial You're right but it'll take a LONG time to find another one. I've had to kill a bunch of the orcs I had in my armies cause I ended killing they're blood brothers, without knowing they were blood brothers.

I actually got 2 orc bards in my game. One of mine is the Overlord in Seregost and has 2 poets as his bodyguards. He is also a Legendary with the Epic Traits "Gang of Elite Warriors" and "Mighty Warriors". He is strong as hell.

Everyone keeps saying that the bards, singers and poets are getting annoying for them... I spend entire days just trying to finally find one of those, where do you guys keep finding them?!

They were indeed pretty annoying since they were prone to spawn easily in the early game (first 10~30 hours). I would suggest you to pay attention on the army slot and another thing with the game is that when you're focusing 100% to make something happen it usually won't budge so just play it casually and let the nemesis mechanism plays the magic 😅

Honestly, besides the singing orcs, which is probably the best one it definitely rivals that one Scottish orc that talks so damn fast that in the subtitles there’s?’s when he talks about ripping out your throat that it’ll whistle.
