I agree with all u said....im a collector of classified figures im from Portugal, so i dont have this figures in stores here and the places i generally buy is ebay or amazon....as u know my country dont have hasbropulse either so before the wave of outback,covergirl,bazooka ...the people in ebay stores of europe had figures at 33eur/40eur...now almost cant find new figures and when i find its range vipers at 80eur, simple figures as rockandroll at 60eur, copperhead 60eur, scrap iron 110eur...how can people can continue collecting this new waves if prices its 3x times the original cost of a figure...its beeing very hard continue doing this collection and if hasbro not do nothing many people as same position then me without hasbro pulse...no selling figures inside country stores, ebay scalper prices...they will abandone the collection too.thanks for ur good videos and till next time)

Bro, I'm so sorry you have to endure this BS 😔 I don't collect much gi joe and star wars. I collect mostly MOTU but feel your pain...I have mostly given up on target and Walmart here is US. Good luck with getting another wholesaler!

Gary mate, I know it is very hard, very very hard, but please don't let these idiots ruin your relationship with your partner. In the UK we face the same problem. Hasbro UK only imports very limited stock which sells out in seconds. They are completely useless to say the least! It appears that Hasbro are hell bent on self destruction. So be it. At the end of the day, all that matters is that yourself and your partner are happy. Screw everything else, life is way too short! You are both good people and try your very best. It is very rare to see that these days!

I wish I understood the logistics of this situation. I used to do Process Analysis for Balckberry. We would draw up models on how something got done and look at ways to streamline it or resolve issues. I can't make heads or tails for how Hasbro's business model works. It doesn't make any sense to me that they'll set up a pre-order for a figure that isn't going to come out for 3 to 6 months, but Asia gets it a few weeks later and Europe gets it a month later and the US will wait for 2 to 3 more months. I understand that International Trade has been made very difficult in the past few years due to political issues in the US and England. Hasbro orders however many figures to be manufactured in Taiwan or China (not sure if both). Those boxes are sent to distribution to be parsed to suppliers. There should be manifests. There should be lists that show how many boxes/crates go to whomever. The only time someone should say, "we cut your order by 70%" it's because there was a manufacturing error of large enough proportions to where they can now no longer meet the ordered demand. UNLESS....there is unscrupulous behavior where they KNOW they can't meet the demand because they KNOW they didn't order enough from the manufacturer....but CONTINUED TO SELL ANYWAY. They just wanted the cash, and deliver you an I.O.U. instead of product. Is that what Hasbro is doing?

I'm still waiting for Hasbro to get in Range Vipers, Valkyries and Eels. I have 4 boxes of Valks but Pulse smashed them all by overpacking. I want to return them, but I could scalp them for $400, but I have no damn clue if Hasbro is going to restock any of their sold-out stuff let alone if I'd be able to get in on time to order. Hasbro said they would not exchange anything I have damaged because they can't guarantee replacement. Hasbro just sucks. I'd be better off reselling all the damaged merch they send me, I just want undamaged merch, I just want to be assured I can either get returns or I can repurchase when they restock. Hasbro says I'm a fan, they say I come first, but I sure as hell don't feel like I'm getting that vibe as a paying member.

I feel that perhaps this guy needs to be "the guy" to move the product from there to the US. Hasbro has a store and fan channel list a mile long and we have no fucking product here. We are 6 months behind and this guy I've never heard of is getting people brand new Hasbro joes.. No excuses Hasbro.
