Yes but please remember, you can only help others if you know what you are doing and it comes from a place of strength. Think of someone who is drowning, will you rush to help and are you really capable of saving this person? or will this person drown you because you thought you could help but it turns out you wanted to but you really couldn´t? The two sided coin analogy attemps to be the Yin and Yang (symbol) from Taoism, and the shadow work is therory from Carl Jung. You should read these before. Buddha said: "Nobody saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one will, we must alone walk this path" And my explanation above also belongs to buddhism, which basically believes in helping others, but you must be carefull that your intentions to help others is not just another trick from your ego, because you must take an action and detech from its outcomes, whether it be good or bad outcomes. So in other words, if you help others so you can feel better yourself, then it is your ego who is asking you to "help". If you offer help and a person rejects your help and you get upset, again, it is your ego getting in the way. If you help, all you can do is offer help, help if accepted and move on.

Exactly! So, I’m about to say something that I’m not sure how much will understand, but, I been doing that myself, it’s hard to know that most people don’t understand right off and those people leave your life and later on come back telling you what they now know you were telling them the whole time, but it’s learning how to let go and not let it bother you because they leave your life because they’re not on the same level as you yet until later on when they choose to better themselves, sucks because it could be people you really care for and if you hold onto them then you’re holding them and yourself back, it’s better knowing that you helped them for the better even if they don’t come back once they finally they understand. It’s a very lonely road but there’s people who are there for me too because they’re doing the same thing as I am doing and we’re each other’s support system, but they can’t always be there when you need them. Basically, this type of life purpose takes learning a shit ton of lessons that are very painful.

It’s nice to see how genuinely proud you were of the woman you were talking about that lost 10 pounds through dealing with and working on her trauma. It’s really easy to expect people to be at the level we’re at, it’s refreshing to see people be proud of others for working further and making progress from where they are at or where they were at. Love to see it

Yes! Such a great way to explain the Shadow - it’s the internal programming, often unconscious, running our lives! This is a huge Collective Theme - we’re all healing old past traumas & limiting Beliefs we took on in the form of Survival Skills to get our needs met. I like to say we’re all a bunch of traumatized children running around in adult bodies still trying to get our childhood needs met. We just need to face them so they don’t continue to fester & Master our lives. We need to Master Our Minds by befriending it! 😉 Great Video Clark! Much Love! 💜🙏🏼💜

Write down or say outloud! 1. Find smth you wanna work with - e.g.: Need of outside validation or lack of confidence 2. Invite whatever you chose to having a conversation with you 3. Start talking to it, ask questions e.g.: what do you want? What is the psotive intent?, recognize you are not your former self, 4. Acknowledge that aspect you chose, don’t judge it 5. Integrate it, picture yourself going back in timeline (time isn’t linear), imagine who you are now going back to that event causing your shadow and give yourself the support you needed back then, then walk yourself from the past self to yourself now. THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY TO DO THIS 🧡

Thank you so much for sharing such life-changing techniques as always. This video would always show up as suggested but I never watched it through because I had convinced myself that life is great now and there is no need to open my wounds from the past. Yesterday, I got a reminder from the past and had a major breakdown because I was repressing those memories and never accepted it for what it was. I remembered that this video exists so I immediately came back to this today. Thanks to your advice, I'm now going to put in that work to shine the light on my shadow. Always appreciate your content and wishing everyone the best on their self-healing journey

One of the techniques the founders of AA (and later on other 12-step groups) included in the 12-steps, is for each individual write a fearless and thorough moral inventory. To make this list, one writes out all the things y is all the things abut yourself have done that you would just die if anyone found out about them. It starts with a list of all the people at whom we have anger and resentments, because whatever others did to us is usually caused by something we did to them. They retaliated. This list continues with all the indiscretions we have done, including a crimes, any people we have hurt. There is a detailed map in the book Alcoholics Anonymous, from which the organization takes its name, that explains how to do this. This list is called the fourth step. And then, to do the fifth step, we read our list to another person. We get every thing out in the open to another human being. Obviously this has to be someone we trust to not reveal any of it to another. I’ve been on the listening end of many fifth steps over the years, and everybody’s list contains pretty much the same stuff. It’s as if we each copied the same term paper. We are much more alike in our shadows than we are different.

Hey Clark, I just want to start by saying your delivery is great, video quality, lighting, editing - amazing. Pretty obvious you've put a lot of work into it. What bothers me is that your camera focus follows your hands. Now I can't unsee it, and it catches my attention every time. Maybe add a camera with eye/face tracking to your gear shopping list? Just wanted to let you know in case you weren't aware and you're interested in improving this aspect of your videos. Definitely not a deal breaker ;) Keep up the good work!

Awesome! Thank you, Clark! I like the "Color Psychology" you implemented, (in my mind, that is). I'm not sure if this was a conscious choice on your part, but I found it interesting, (being that I've always studied color), that you chose "chalkboard-type green" with your shirt and backdrop. It subliminally suggests "teacher". I thought that was a great touch with your great message here!! Very cool. I love your energy!! 🤩 Edit: Of course, the color I am seeing could also be the filter on my screen, but nonetheless, your message felt like a great lesson. 😊
