I am a 73 year old man and I am not ashamed to say I cry everytime I see this. I know that this is real for Susan Boyle, but a playwrite could not come up with a better ending. Simon said, "Who would you like to be a famous as"? And she answered, "Elaine Paige". The rest is history.

I personally think she’s a better singer than Elaine Paige .

Boyles timing is very wonky and she doesn't hold many notes as long as they should be held. She has an OK voice for an amateur, but the lack of vocal training shows through, especially when paired with a pro like Paige. I know this isn't a popular opinion, but that doesn't stop it being true.

She has a good voice but you can tell she's an amatuer. A good amatuer. Just her stage presence, her performance, her timing. All to stiff, to ridgid.. Could you imagine Freddy Mercury being so stiff? She has no flamboyance, no charisma. She's just like Tofu. You need to add loads of salt and pepper and spices to it for it to be slightly nice.

Suebo knocked it out the park. She has a much better voice than Elaine.
