R Madhavan who played the negative role in this movie was the same guy who'd played the character of Farhan in 3 Idiots (the guy who wanted to pursue photography as passion) and of course his famous dialogue "Abba nahi manenge". In that movie this guy made you all happy, joy, sorrow, inspire, etc and in this movie complete opposite of that character. Just to make you guys remember his versatility I clarified this.

Biggest flaw in the script - he only takes kids with parents permission but 50+ missing cases were registered which they said in the end.

However Vanraj asked for Janvi basically hypnotise her so she can give him her permission to go to his house. But Dhruv's ball interrupted the process. So with the other victims I'm assuming they were taken with their permission but under a spell

Oh no sir. Here the guy is a practitioner of black magic and he has casted a spell on the laddoo he gives her at the eating place and then he gives her the biscuits to eat as he has casted a spell on those as well. I do not know how to explain this simply but he kind of tracks her because of that packet of biscuits.

@@MaxXThakur Shaitan cannot be compared with Vash...it's good that every Indian will get to watch this movie because of the Hindi language BUT don't forget that Vash gave us the new genre of horror whereas Bollywood now a days making stupid romantic movies and remakes! And if you really have a problem with the ending of Vash movie then I don't think you should watch thriller and horror movies.. you can't get happy ending every time..Vash was more realistic!!!

One thing that defies the logic is how Dhruv got his head banged against the stair and suffered a bad concussion plus laceration. Again Jhanvi tossed him from first floor and hit the back of his head and fell unconscious. All this to survive? That kid's head is made of steel.😂😂

I have watched so many movies I otherwise avoided as watch-alongs as it saves time. Sometimes movies are slow and a drag which doesn't feel so and you still get the plot. Unless it is a movie where every scene has a moment, or is worth diving in, noticing tiny details. This is it.

6:10 putting cell phone in rice is just too "desi" for this guys ... but its a best option when you drop you phone in the pool and don't have a dryer ... by my personal experience, i could say, it does works 😅
