What hot comb do you use? I bought one from the beauty supply and it doesn't effin work. I'm so mad!!!!

I got mines at a beauty supply as well the cheapest one they had! Its Maxi brand n its marked “MX33EC” might be the comb style number! N man 🥴😫 i would be maddd 🤦🏻♀️
