Burberry black yes because it was from her point of view. Unfortunately, it's possible to humanize monsters. Honey Trap did that. My issue with both films is that they portrayed her as being quiet and pretty. She was filth.

i was so surprised when i remembered, i saw the force awakens today and someone told me that finn, (john boyega) was in a film called attack the block which i had heard of before. When i looked up his part in that it reminded me of a film i had seen a few years ago... my murder. i wasnt sure if it was john in it or not but i looked it up and it was dang i was so surprised i didnt recognise him in the star wars trailer from my murder

This was such a tragedy and for it to happen to someone so young because of jealousy. Samantha Joseph should be more ashamed of herself but I guess life will show her that because even after she and the other killers come out of jail, they will be able to live a normal life as what they did to Shakilus was not normal or even humane. May god rest Shakilus's soul and burn the 7 people's soul who killed him in hell

Sad to say 11 years later that she is now out and enjoying her life,sometimes I wish that the laws could be changed and that if you commit murder that is not in self defence then you should have a life sentence as it is only right.

I just watched a movie the same as this story today called "Honey Trap" and it's just very sad to see our young people get caught up in situations like this! I pray today for the family of the young man that was killed as well as the other family members affected by those currently incarcerated for this hateful crime as well!

john boyega is wise beyond his years. he's such a great young talent because he can play any role assigned to him. i can see him as the next denzel washington, the funny thing is that he kind of looks like a young denzel too, he could be his son lol. x

It’s so sad I didn’t relize it was a true story I couldn’t watch the end I couldn’t see out of my eyes I was crying so hard! It’s a good movie sad it’s true

This was a very sad story. I was very annoyed and upset by the "Honey Trap" movie that I saw on Netflix. So, I'm curious about this BBC "My Murder" version, which I hope is more in-tuned with the headlines. In the Netflix "Honey Trap" I did not like the victimization of the main character. By the end of the movie, I felt like "This is one dumb, disrespectful bitch." The "Honey Trap" movie did a huge disservice to the story and downplayed her wickedness. She was portrayed as this "innocent, love-struck, naive girl", which was total bullshit. Witnesses to the murder claimed that she was actually laughing at the scene of the crime as he was getting killed. That shit was crazy. And, she only the least amount of time of everyone. I wanted them to show the trial, etc. in the "Honey Trap" movie. I want to watch this BBC "My Murder" version soon.

yes. i just got through watching it for the first time today and was shocked at how the young lady really got caught up with the rapper (young man) and fell for his lies enough to where another young man had to die based on hatred and jealousy!!!
