Lógico que la canción para su regreso al público en español, tiene que ser bastante comercial. De allí depende el despliegue de su nuevo disco. Y ella sabe, que Maluma y J. Balvin, son los artistas urbanos más reconocidos en la actualidad. El tema es relativamente bueno, medio reggaetón, con aires de electro e incluso deep house. Algo muy parecido a lo que anda haciendo Drake. Ella sabe irse en la corriente de la música de moda, a pesar que el mercado latino es muy diferente al anglosajón. Lo que si, es que la veremos en el videoclip, moviéndose bien sexy, haciendo sus bailes de cintura y gimiendo para que media América la desee, pero no solo eso, veremos a Maluma, haciendo de niño malo, cosa que aman sus fans y así dará un nuevo éxito. Si pudiera mejorar algo a la canción, le hubiese metido uno que otro toques de música árabe. Es hora que Shakira, reivindique sus raíces y que vuelva ese estilo que tanto pegó a principios de 2000's.

A Shakira la comparaban con Alanis Morisette, y pues Alanis es una gran cantante y compositora, y es autora de uno de los álbumes más vendidos en la historia, sin embargo se quedó viviendo de las glorias del pasado porque ya no logra competir con artistas de igual calidad. Si Shakira no se hubiera atrevido a hacer cosas diferentes y no se hubiera arriesgado a ir más allá a pesar de las críticas, hoy sería como muchos artistas talentosos que en su momento fueron la sensación pero que ya no pegan ni con mocos. Solo el tiempo prueba los artistas que perduran por siempre, porque voces increíbles siempre existirán, pero se necesita más que talento para ser un verdadero artista porque los artistas de verdad solo se hacen a través de la disciplina y el esfuerzo contante, y eso es lo que siempre ha tenido Shakira, mucha fuerza y mucha disciplina para seguir adelante y superar sus propias limitaciones porque a pesar de no tener la mejor voz ha logrado lo que muchos han soñado pero no han podido conseguir. Tal vez hayan cambiado sus intereses y prioridades pero Shakira sigue siendo la misma mujer auténtica, sencilla, hermosa y carismática, y el hecho de que cante canciones divertidas , sexis y movidas no significa lo contrario, además sigue haciendo música hermosa con composiciones poéticas y letras devastadoras

Juan Ca yo era fan de alanis hasta la vi en concierto en Bogotá, los fans de alanis odiaban a shakira, y pasó lo que dices termino aburriendo, sus últimos álbumes no tienen novedad suenan igual,muy buena compositora pero creo que los mejores álbumes de ella son los producidos por glen ballard que también produjo the one, en conclusión concuerdo contigo shakira es una artista creativa,exitosa,comercial,la reina de la música latina y el símbolo de nuestro raza, alanis muy buena letrista y cantante

Alanis se quedo sin fama por que ella asi lo quiso, se abrumo tanto con el exito que tuvo que no tenia vida privada, por eso ella prefirió alejarse, hacer musica sin promo, sin ser lo que esperaban, para poder vivir tranquila, dice que incluso habia gente adentro de la habitación de hotel esperandola para pedirle autografos, muchas veces le intentaron cortar pedazos de pelo para tener un recuerdo de ella, se abrumo a tal punto de creer que dejaría la musica despues de Jagged Little Pill.

No lo has podido decir mejor¡¡¡ Que pesados con lo mismo de siempre. Shakira sabe mejor que nadie que saca un Antes de las 6 y se come los mocos, pero saca Loca o Rabiosa y barre. Saca Dont Bother y sin pena ni gloria, pero saca Hips Dont Lie y exito historico. Shakira es una artista mundial y aestas alturas no puede tratar de convencer al mundo con un Moscas en la Casa.

esto es lo que nunca terminaré de entender... la gente se ha quejado todo el tiempo por que quieren que regrese la Shakira de antes... bien, en el año 2014 ella lanzó Empire como single que es una canción bien rockera y nada de pop comercial, merengue o reggaeton y entonces la gente no le paró a la canción cuando se supone que debió ser al revés pero claro, lanza Chantaje con Maluma y todos la critican por que ya no es la misma Shakira de "antes" e igual pasó con La Bicicleta ¿que si no la criticaron? si, ritmo, escasez de buenas letras, un video de bajo presupuesto y así vamos... todos esperan que Shakira "vuelva" a ser la misma rockera de siempre ¡pero cuando lanza una canción buena como Empire, no la apoyan! y por eso se decide por lo más comercial por que sabe que eso es lo que da popularidad sin volver al artista obsoleto ante un grupo de público, por seguir con algunos viejos ritmos para mí Empire está a la misma altura que Inevitable (que es del año 1998, año que todos claman)...

Esta canción es pura estrategia comercial, Shakira necesita recuperar terreno perdido en la música latina y esta canción sin duda hará que vuelva al top. Ella desde hace rato es un producto y ella y su equipo ha sido inteligente en llamar a Maluma, aparte las carteleras por varios años han estado dominadas por el genero urbano. Personalmente jamás será mi canción favorita, no es mejor que "La Tortura" pero si mucho mas digna que "Loca con mi Tigre" o "Rabiosa". Después de escucharla más de 3 veces hace que no se te salga de la cabeza.

Desde hace como 5 años las carteleras latinas han estado lideradas por reguetoneros. ¿Desde cuando Shakira no coloca un número 1 en hot latín? Sabemos que Shakira no tiene un genero definido y hace lo que se le antoja, el sonido del primer single no define en lo mas minimo el sonido del resto del album, Fijación oral es el ejemplo mas claro, tiene de todo un poco. Aceptenlo, siempre que Shakira se nos viene con un primer single esperamos que sea algo bailable y que su video sea ella moviendo sus caderas. Si bien no es su mejor lead single tampoco esta mal, esta perfecto para lo que fue hecho, para la fiesta!!!
