She’s definitely not a normal human and I love what lore potential she has already Arlecchino - She’s clearly a psycho lmao I love her. She looks like a really borderline and narcissistic Eula. Going by everything we have scene in the cutscene, the voice lines and everything in other media, I would say that: - Pierro is the most important Harbinger. He is powerful, has wisdom and basically brings everything to the table that earns him rank 1. - Pulcinella is probably someone who works a lot from the shadows, pulls strings and manipulates people. Might even be likely that he is someone who pretends to be on the side of the Traveler, just to betray him later on. - Pantalone is the one who is responsible for the finances of the Fatui. So he's probably not that strong when it comes to combat, but brings the entire army of the Fatui with him. Quantity over quality. - Dottore's boss fight will probably be the Traveler fighting against all the different version of Dottore. Imagine not just fighting one guy, but the same guy 5 or 6 times at once. - Capitano appears to be a powerhouse going by what Tartaglia says. But he is also the only one who's face we don't see. Gonna predict that he is related to some character that we already know or are going to meet. - Sandrone. Typical scientist. The traveler is gonna have to fight a lot of ruin machines and other things in order to overcome her. Which leaves us with two Harbingers that are difficult to judge: - Arlecchino feels like a character that will betray the Fatui in order to further her own goals. Also, she has the whole orphanage thing going on. So when it comes to deciding between the Fatui and her children in the orphanage, she might actually side with the children. I don't think all of the Harbingers will be playable, but she does feel like one that will be. Because in order to make things interesting, betrayal has to be a part of the story. Especially with an organization like the Fatui. - Columbina will likely be the typical 'I am number three and that is okay. But when it comes to raw power and skill during combat, I am number one.' Basically, the wolf in sheeps clothing.

We will probably meet Marionette in Fontaine because, of her tech/ invention theme.

Characters seem to get playable only if they get in good terms with us and I can see that the Harbingers will either go Signora way, with their unique 3D model and probably Hu-Tao's future clients, or Childe way, with a default playable character model and that we will be able to befriend to a certain degree. The ones that are very unlikely to be playable in my opinion are Pierro, Pulcinella, Capitano, Dottore and Pantalone, the last two because Dottore has no vision and seems like he relies on technology rather than the elements and Pantalone because it's rumored that he has neither a vision or a delusion. While I think that maybe Arlecchino will be playable just because Childe states that she would betray the Fatui in any moment. But to accertain for good if some of them will be playable or not we must wait to meet them in the game, so we can see their 3D models and have confirmation. Also, we all can say that Diluc in his special skin has no vision and still uses dark fire, this tells us that in future we will meet playable Fatui characters that are not even Harbingers and use delusions
