Shakshouka ingredients:
- 300 g or 600 g peeled tomatoes in their own juice (if you don't have ready-made sauce), fresh or canned;
- 400 g pizza sauce (see recipe - • 🍕Cel mai Delicios Sos ... );
- 1 red bell pepper;
- 1 bunch of parsley;
- 4-6 eggs;
- 1 large onion;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- 20-30 ml olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon of salt, or to taste;
- 1 level teaspoon of pepper, or to taste;
- 1 level teaspoon of turmeric, or to taste;
- 1 level teaspoon of cumin, or to taste;
- 1 teaspoon of smoked sweet paprika, or to taste;
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes, or to taste;
