Shakti Sunfire's style and gracefulness is unmatched. She is one with the hoop, definitely one of my favorites. I've been trying to practice some of the maneuvers, and though she makes it look easy, there's so much to it. I recently watched a hooping documentary and while many great flow artists were on it, including Jonathan Baxter, I was disappointed Laura wasn't a part of the doc. She is absolutely amazing. 💃⭕

My favourite hooper in her movement and her personality. so cliche but her dancing tells a story, its so beautiful and reminds me of the connection between soul/hoop/humanity. there are moments where she dances like a native american warrior. her dancing, and the music capture so much of nature flowing through her i cant put it in to words and i just sound pretentious but i really love her hooping. really hope i can come to sacred circularities one day. i find this video so universal and archaic and eternal. thank you for reminding me of humanity.
