“OFFICIAL” NEW RULESET FOR JJC PVP
(This is an optional ruleset and will only be enforced in tournaments, but it’s recommended to play with this one)
THIS IS A STRICT CONSTRUCTION. ANYTHING NOT LISTED IN THIS RULESET IS BANNED.
Normal Difficulty, Lost Cities
Characters can only play with their kits, no external items or abilities can be used if it’s not in their kit (extractors, fingers, six eyes, weapons, etc)
150 block world border
try not to camp too much
Anything inside of the characters kit (the move selector or items it comes with) are allowed unless stated otherwise. (THIS INCLUDES ITEMS YOU CAN GET FROM YOUR KIT, YOU CANNOT USE THEM UNTIL THE GAME OFFICIALLY STARTS i.e. wheel, convergence, etc) Using glitches and exploits is prohibited.
Mods including health bar mods or step it up are GREATLY recommended
Techniques with domains that have a surehit effect are only allowed to use physical melee attacks in their domain against techniques that do not have a domain to counter it.
Non sorcerer: all items obtainable in vanilla with cp25
Perfect Vessel: Grade 1 restricted
Ten Shadows: Domain initiation is prohibited while Mahoraga is out, Mahoraga Summon is prohibited in Domain post initiation, Mahoraga can only be desummoned once per game, deer can only be summoned once per game.
Limitless: infinity is prohibited
Using Hollow Putple is prohibited in clash, and using Self Destruct Purple is prohibited anywhere, Domain can only be kept up if you win a clash, other wise it must be cancelled when the sure-hit hits, Domain initiation is prohibited against opponents with the brain damage effect.
Cursed Speech: No restrictions or additions
Heavenly Restriction: All Cursed Tools (aside from broom), restricted to 20-80 cursed energy(complete heavenly restriction is prohibited), 32 legal food items (golden carrots, steak)
Mimicry: Okkotsu Katana
Rika can only be used once, and copies can only be used when Rika is fully manifested. (shift rika does not count as a full manifestation) (Domain Katanas can be used whenever)
All copies have the same rules as every other technique
Boogie Woogie: Cursed Technique Extractor, cannot use Plus Ultra during his domain (clash is allowed), cannot combo pendant into Plus Ultra
7:3 Ratio: Nanami’s Tool
Black Bird Manipulation: Mei Mei’s War Axe, 25 crow spawn eggs
Higuruma: 4 domains maximum in the battle, Domain initiation is banned while the Executioner's Sword is in the user's inventory, cannot left click with executioner's sword.
Comedian: No restrictions or additions
Projection Sorcery: No restrictions or additions
Blazing Courage: Ogi Katana
Limb Manipulation: No restrictions or additions
Star Rage: Domain initiation is prohibited, using Garuda as a sword is prohibited
Cursed Spirit Manipulation: happy meal set, but only keep two special grades of choice
Granite Blast: No restrictions or additions
Mythic Amber Beast: Nyoi Staff
Angel: Inverted Spear of Heaven, Angel Wings, usage of the Inverted Spear of Heaven mid air is prohibited. (Including the charging)
Shrine: Furnace: Open is prohibited in clash and domain, and can only be used 2 times per game
World-Cutting Dismantle is prohibited
Ice Formation: No additions or restrictions
Idle Transfiguration: mahito hand 1 (hand 2 [chain] is prohibited), Instant Spirit Body of Distorted Killing and Black Flash advancement is locked. (If unlocked mid-game it can be used) Idle Transfiguration (ability) is prohibited
Disaster Flames: No meteor in any domain
Disaster Tides: Dagon Wings
Disaster Plants: Hanami arm, Roots
Blood Manipulation: No restrictions or Additions
Cockroach Technique: Festering Life Blade
Mahoraga: Prohibited
Private Pure Love Train: using domain with the jackpot effect is prohibited, grade one restricted
extra rule: cant use moves during the stun from using domain
Sky Manipulation (NOT EXISTING ATM): All future rules placed here are null if your gamer tag is Astrocyle

Tool Manipulation: 1 pair of wings of choice, using abilities while on the broom is prohibited (INCLUDING CHARGE)
Stone Manipulation: no restrictions or Additions
Cursed Corpse Creation: 32 Dolls
Dhruv's Technique: Semi Grade 1 restricted, Six Eyes
