Most episodes, Lea was singing at least one song, and very often more than one. She was constantly in the studio recording; there was no way she could take care of her voice like she normally would. I remember reading an article by a voice coach noting the difference between her voice in Glee and her voice in Spring Awakening, and they mentioned that how evident it was that glee was really affecting her voice in terms of quality. The difference is so clear now that she’s able to let her voice rest and heal.

Darren is flawless. Lea killed it as well, the belting is perfect for her, it was beautiful. A perfect mix between her clear, crisp tone as well as emoting wonderfully

They are both so incredibly talented and I just love their cover of this. You can truly feel their emotions through the lyrics. Lea's vocals are insane! And Darren is so damn underrated. His vocals are gold, his guitar playing is incredible and you can see how he pours himself into it. They are incredible artists and I love that they do this together
