What a wonderful podcast❤, might I suggest, though since I’ve done the research, and changed my diet to not focus too much on raw fruits and vegetables as they contain high amounts of oxalates, and lectins, and some of them actually have carcinogens in them. It is what it is right now in our world, especially with the soil and the glyphosate that are contained within these fruits (glyphosate are the same ingredient in round up the weed killer) and vegetables, and including the organic ones because of the forever chemicals in the soil. Regenerative farming is the best if you can get rudiment meat, most of those minerals are within the meat because of the digestion of the multi chamber stomach in these animals. The farmers growing the fruits and vegetables have to kill quite a few animals in order to produce these vegetables. The point is in order for mankind to eat, or a womankind , something has to die, regardless of what type of diet you have. I would definitely look into taking the supplement that you talked about in addition to going back to our ancestral diet. Very, very, very wonderful podcast though. I have been following you for a long time. Thank you so much for your insights. 💜💙💕
