When a band chooses to do a cover, it pays homage to someone who influenced them, no matter how obscure. I’m a metal head and @Shaman’s Harvest, you did a great job. I grew up listening to Prince, even though it wasn’t my preferred genre. I can appreciate good music in many forms.

I've never heard a Prince song done so much justice before. This literally made me cry the first time I heard it. My father was a huge Prince fan and I lost him a couple years back. When I heard this it brought back so many good memories that I actually had to sit down and take it all in.

This is absolutely the best cover I have ever heard. I struggle to find anything that even comes close. The lead guitar is so amazing there are no words adequate enough to describe it. This song sounds just as amazing as the first time I heard it. It never gets old. It is a good thing somebody captured this on video. The planets and stars aligned. Every note played and every lyric sang in a perfect proportion. It would be hard to repeat perfection like this again. You don't need to record it again. Release it as it is live and raw. A Mona Lisa of a song.

My wife is a big Prince fan and she even thinks Shaman's Harvest truly did this song justice. It's a shame that Prince couldn't walk in in the middle of the song and join in.

been listening to these guys for a few months now, speaking as someone whose been into rock for 35+ years since i was like 12 theyve definitely got themselves a fan, and a British one, ive had their Silent voice song on repeat for days, the guitar solo in that is just amazing, And theres nothing wrong with a Rock band covering something that might not be considered rock, specially Prince, i mean, The Foo Fighters covered the Bee Gees!!

We moved to the boonies in middle Tennessee in 2003. I had an Alternative Radio Station that I listened to in Nashville but their radio waves wouldn't make it to my new home. I have just discovered this group and a few others and I'm just blown away! Yes Allen Locke this song has been videoed and I'm so thankful for that BUT this should be on an album!
