If God wanted to send a prophet, He would have chosen from the People of the Book and not a person born in a family practicing polytheism. And yes some Catholics to this day do worship Mary and ask from her directly and indirectly. This is polytheism. And when we say 'sister of Aaron' it doesn't mean direct sibling, it means she was from that bloodline. Do your research.
