I also dont know him, so can only speak to the persona he puts out, which does play into a lot of homophobic stereotypes. On top of that, he has shown entitlement, dishonesty, and a tendency to make moves in his own self interest that hurt people around him. Those are things that did play a part in the general public quickly accepting the allegations flung at him. That said, hes still just a public figure trying to juggle his real life and public life. I think he is a savvy businessman with a solid platform. He isnt unproblematic, but he is arguably more ethical and genuine than a lot of his competitors.
