I hate that they cut it and edit out parts too. The tagline "everybody knows it" after "you have a dog wife Ted" is one of the best parts of the bit and it's gone from here.

At the time Shane performed this, every overpass in Austin was full of tents and the parks were full of homeless. The Mayor said publicly he was rubbing the homeless problem in our faces so we'd fund his insanely stupid homeless initiative, which so far consists of buying shitty old motels for 3X their value and spending ridiculous amounts of money "renovating" them
