0.5 kg keema Haldi 1/4 tsp 1/5 tsp Pepper powder 1 tap Salt 2 tbs lasan adrak paste 30 min se 1 hour chor dein Gas pe ada cup oil 3 medium payaz chop Add keema 1 tsp corriender powder 1/2 cumin powder 1 cup. Coriendeer 15 se 20 mint leaves 5 se 6 hari mirchain 2 tbs dahi 0.5 cup matar 1/2 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbs coriander 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 lemon
