I absolutely love this channel!!!! I've been looking for a channel that talks about Chinese culture and it seems like I've found the right place. It's so difficult to find KZfaqrs who speak about mainland China culture. Learning Mandarin has been a struggle but I'm glad to stumble upon Goldthread so I can learn more about the country's culture. Thank you so much to the Goldthread team for giving this content to us. Here in Michigan, we have the best Shanghai restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Chef Jeff (Jeff's Kitchen) makes nearly all the dishes you show cased. It is so special you must call ahead and let him know you are coming and what you want...His lightly fried juicy buns and soup dumples are amazing
