He watches as Suryadev and Yam and Yami take water in their hand before eating and pray. Sandhya encourages Shani to do the same and pours water in his hand, and Shani ends up praising his mother in his prayer, unlike Yam and Yami, who praise Suryadev for providing everyone with food.
