Here i made 2 points, 1 is that shanks didn t took vantage of kaido being out o wano to take that country because, in a real fight, kaido would kick shanks ass, and point 2, shanks didn t kill kaido because he couldn t. Now an admiral says that he is in wano because there is no kaido, so i guess shanks is just better in the way he use haki, but he is far from being condifered the steongest among emeperors
