அம்மா நீங்க சொன்ன முறையில் போன வருடம் நான் போட்டேன் இப்போ வரை சூப்பராக உள்ளது ரொம்ப நன்றி அம்மா

yes it's very tasty.In our child hood my mother used to make it every year.I used to go to the market and buy tender mangos.In those days it was in numbers say 1000,2000 etc.We used to buy one big basket ful containing 5000 mangoes.The seller used to fetch it at home.Now selecting tender mangoes mother used to say it from the odour of the mango.Then after cleaning the mangoes She used to put it in big ceramic jars( every households used to have it).We used to grind fresh red chillies with turmeric powder and mustard in the grinding stone(my father's job as your hands will have the pinch) and add to the mangoes with crystal salt powder( then this table salt culture was not there).Then periodically the mangoes in the jar used to be stirred well.At that time they ask children to fan it with hand made fans.what a taste it has.Good combination for thyresaadam and doshas.Than you Patti for cherishing those good old memories.Song is also sooper.
