Very true his voice is unmatchable . His expressions are also unimaginable . Once in a programme in Delhi in 86 violin Delhi Sunderrajan was playing violin to him . To appreciate the young artiste he told on the spot he told in Tamil in the stage that ' It was told to me that he is playing first time and his playing is first class' Even after 35 years I remember this . Such an extraordinary personality.

Good evening ma. Superbly described the great musician- great human being and more so he admires all the musicians around him and encourage everyone to do well. You are so fortunate to have interacted with him as well as being his Sishyai is really a blessing only. You also rendered superbly sunatha Ragham. In fact I was in Vijayawada when I saw his sad demise in the morning newspaper I could not forget as well. In fact our former great CM Dr MGR loves his song especially his shambho shiva shambo one can just close their eyes and listen to his கம்பீரமான குரல்.
