I have been using the Tarte Shape Tape for years and it's definitely one of my favorite concealers however I had heard that the E.L.F. Hydrating Camo Concealer is a dupe for it! I had to see for myself and I definitely think that the $7 ELF Concealer is comparable to the $31 Tarte concealer.

Omg I’m spending so much on the shape tape, thanks for this review. My friend told me they were pretty much the same but I wanted to see if anyone had put them to the test on KZfaq

LITERALLY SAME! I was so obsessed with shape tape I just accepted the fact that I had to spend that amount but then I kept seeing videos about the e.l.f. one being a "dupe" so I just had to try it. I actually prefer the e.l.f. one now which is funny to me since I thought shape tape would be a ride or die product for me. Drugstore makeup is not what it used to be in the early 2000's and I keep forgetting that lol

Why does the elf concealer dries up so fast. It is so drying and then it creases. Idk why 😢

Tatre concealor makes my dark circles look darker.😕waste of money

You just need a lighter shade

You have to apply a correcter and blend it before your concealor ( correcter have to be a little bit darker than your concealer shade ). and make sure to hydrate under your eyes before makeup

There is no way these two are same man or elf can be a dupe the coverage is so low Tarte one drop u can cover ur whole face ahahahaah no girl no no no wrong

Try a primer. The elf concealer works just fine. It’s MEDIUM to FULL coverage. And not all people have the same skin type, so it probably just won’t work for you.

Yes, I agree. They are very similar and you are correct. Elf is more hydrating. Those 2 have been compared as dupes for a long time❤ Coverage is the same.
