Hey Nick, when you cooked against your brothers you gave my comment a ❤ and I am SO thankful for it. Yesterday I went to a friends house and I made homemade pasta dough for 3 types of ravioli. (Ricotta and spinach, Italian Sausage, and short ribs rendered in Pinot Noir) I also made a little bit of Fettuccini.
