8:33 not sure why the announcers were picking on Rubio. That was legitimately the strategy of defending Harden for that series. The Jazz wanted to keep him from taking left step-back 3s, so that form of defense, although strange looking, was a pretty effective way to defend him

It’s come up before with a guy trying to save a ball out of bounds and accidentally getting it in the hoop. The rule is defending team putting the ball in counts as two points no matter where they last touched it.

That's why nba legend calls the nba today soft like they most of the time play 80-90% offense while they really don't focus on defense also thats why it's more entertaining to watch 90's and early 2000 basketball almost every team plays like every game is playoff they put all effort on both defense and offense. it's boring now a days seeing player getting easy basket most of the time
