I think short hair is so much more stylish then long. A lot of women who have long hair don’t do anything to it. Especially older women. I’ve seen some with short hair in a great style that let it grow out and maybe put it in a pony tail but other then that it just hangs with no style. It seems growing it long is an excuse to not do anything with it. I don’t mean to sound cranky, it just seems with short hair we put more time into styling it so it looks so much nicer. I appreciate all the tips and style ideas you post. Thank you. 😊

It helps to have your thickness and texture to achieve those looks, which I don’t have. Products can help just so much. My absolute fav was the mini hawk, just gorgeous. And I did like your hair lighter in the back. Thank you for going through tall hat work to show us other variations of this cut. All I know is, every time I see your hair I run to the scissors and start chopping. Going to be bald soon but you so inspire me.

It helps to have a little body in your hair. My hair is as straight as a picket, there’s no arranging any of it. It does what it wants, not what I want. Super cute hairstyles. Loved them all. Love the colour too, not sure what you call that but I love it.

Have you tried any of the powder volumizers? When I air dry my hair, it’s flat against my head. To get volume, I need to use a hot air styler to dry it. (Basically the same as using a round brush and hair dryer, just combined into one.) Then I add a little of the powder volumizer and it makes my fine thin hair look like there’s a lot more than there really is. You can also do some of the piecing like what Sharalee does. 🙂

I went pixie a few months ago, but have been thinking of changing it up with the sides like yours! I love this look so much on you and will be asking my hairdresser if my hair would work with this style. Mine is thick, but thin if that makes sense and I didn't think I could even support a pixie, but I get so many compliments on it and it is soooo easy. I do like to fuss a little so hopefully when I see her this week, she'll be encouraging with the cut! Thank you for sharing how MANY ways this very short do can be styled...I love it!! My hair is white now so hope I'll like it as much as yours with the contrast you have....time will tell!! Wish me luck!

Ok. I have long hair. Since ur familiar with the products u suggest do u have recommendations for long hair that is dyed blonde. I go to my hairdresser roughly every 8 wks for color sometimes cut & color. I do have several products always interested in new. Ur video is excellent. Ur articulate u leave out ums & filler words which I appreciate. I had my hair short when my face was thinner. If I cut it now I would look like a chipmunk. Hello 👋🏻 Sharalee! I actually went a little bit shorter this time around with my haircut. I’ve been doing similar things with my hair too. So much fun. I can actually get up a just run my fingers through my hair and spray and go now. Lots of fun different ways to wear the hair for sure! I also recently started using wide tooth comb. I get a little more lift when and where I want it. I’m also using a gritty hair product along with my root-boost and my heat treatment. I noticed a big difference. Now I’m trying to decide whether I want to go back to my natural dark hair on-top because my hair didn’t get to the highlighted color I wanted. I was thinking about a pop of highlight color like cobalt blue! But I’m also 60 years young, so I can’t decide. But I’m loving my cut. Thank you so much for sharing this! As always you look amazing ! Love the way you fearlessly style your hair! Mine is cut similar to yours, and is also thick, but my hair has these awful large ringlets/ wave to fight on the top and is straight in the back. I have yet to find prducts that can subdue the torque. Your tips help a lot. Glad I found your channel. Some days I want to give up and wear a hat but you encourage me to keep trying.

I just watched 7 Quick Change Stylying Ideas. I actually followed along this time! My cut is almost identical to yours, except I don't have nearly as much hair as you do. Pretty good in the back and at the crown, but very thin at the top and towards the front. Combination of grey/silver/steel colors all through.(I'm 67)I love your videos ❤. Had fun with this one today. No matter what you do, your hair always looks amazing!

I love how you changed from one style to another. I am not very good (at 64 yrs) with product and it scares me. This shows that I can mess around and not feel something has to stay the way I put it if I don't like it. I have never had my hair short (it is fine and straight) but due to one bad cut while living out of the country it became necessary as a 'fix', and I am learning what I can do, have fun, the ease, and that I can finally wear hats, which I love, without bad hat hair! I’m allowing my grays to grow out… you inspired me to cut my hair in very short pixie style. I wear half of it pushed forward and side swept while the back is softly spiked up. I just had my hair cut and colored very much like yours and have already had loads of compliments. Even though my hair is fine and thin, the style with the right products make for a quick get ready! Have you ever used Big Sexy Hair products? Red cans with black tops. I have some of those and am ordering the memory cream and dry wax. And yes, ear rings finish it off!!! A result of a ‘great’ haircut, endless product, colouring. I too have short hair but I’m having a hard time telling my stylist (now a new barber) to blend the ends so it doesn’t look so choppy…..not working 😢. I found your channel, and I love the way your hair is cut and how you can get so many beautiful looks with it. I just got my hair cut short after about 40 plus years. I have always worn it long and am now 68 and got tired of the long hair. I got it cut around the ear, but not shaved in the back, just short layering. I left it a little fuller on top and I have thick hair, so it kind of does a dipsy doo wave to it on top. ( Plus I live in Florida and the humidity really does that). I have to get used to working with it and find out over time if I need it a little shorter to control it a little better. Also working with the dry product you use would probably help too. I hope to be able to do it the way you do! You have such a knack for styling and working with your hair. Did it take you a while to find the style and length that you wanted? Thanks!

So I tried that third hairstyle shortly before I got my hair cut last week. My hair is red (dyed and light highlights) and my husband referred to me as the heat meister from one of the santa movies from way back. I know violence is never the answer but…😂now it’s all I can think when I style my hair like that. What a ruiner!! But thank you for the video and all the styles! BEAUTIFUL! I have had long hair all my life, but cut it once in a while now because of hot flashes. Love all the styles and will refer back to your video next time I cut my hair again. Thank you for showing the products that you use as I use none and end up with very flat hair that does nothing! I subscribed and liked! 🥰🥰🥰

Over the past 18 months I have watched nearly ALL your video's! 🤩 Using your makeup techniques; what I've learned most is how to use different brushes. I am using drugstore brushes as the brushes you are using... astronomical prices in South Africa!😬 LOVE your hair tutorial! I often get compliments on my hair; changing the style as you do, people think I went to the hairdresser🤭

My dearest friend, that is such a great hair color for you! Have never tried the Kenra Nitro Memory Creme, so just ordered it from Ulta to pick up tomorrow. You make styling your hair so easy, while I still stress daily. The back of my hair constantly splits, no matter what I do to it😢. I bought some of those cute Bobbi pins and want to try them. Such fun! All the looks are great on you. I have a cut & color coming up late-mid September... I'm trying to decide what length I want to do... more undercut, shorter all over (fun to spike), let some length come back, Just don't know at this point. My hair is extremely fine, even though I have lots of hair. I kind of want to do something different. My biggest problem is dealing with a surgical scar from in front of my ear, up the side & around to my forehead (aneurysm scar) that keeps me from switching sides of of my head to so different styles... Oh well, I know I'm rambling... sorry. I hope you all didn't have any damage from the hurricane/tropical storm. You've been in my prayers. Thanks for such a fun video!!!
