Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud made a statement stressing the importance of market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and its appellate body Securities Appellate Tribunal in view of the continued surge in stock prices. This was followed by the historic 80,000 mark, which the 30-share BSE Sensex achieved for the first time on July 3. In reaching this all-time peak, the Sensex recorded its fastest 10,000-point rally, reaching the top in just 58 sessions. Watch this video for more Updates.

Kam knowledge hai aapko dear, SC power hold karta hai kisi bhi Regulator authority ko direction dene ke liye.. Jab Lakho logo ka paisa dubta hai toh desh mein economic, socio, disbalance lekar aata hai.. Unhone Alert kiya hai en legal authorities ko ki Aap monitoring and kaam proper karte rahna.. Loopholes ka koi misuse n kare..

@@pradeeppmauryaa SC holds the Suo moto power, due this power SC can look out any Case which is pending or finalised by the HC and Lower level Judiciary. Agree Honourable CJI and Other judges should have intervened into this Pune Porsche and Bombay BMW case.. Taaki Desh ki aam janta ka trust Legal system per kayam rahe.. Agree absolutely.

Yes, you are correct. Nowadays the market is regulated by the operators, who have lots of liquidity to take any direction. The Indian market is too overvalued. It's really a concern for retail investors.

सहारा इंडिया में 13 करोड़ लोगों का पैसा फंसा है 12 लाख से ज्यादा लोग बेरोजगार हो गये, 5 हजार से ज्यादा लोगों ने तंग आकर सुसाइड कर लिया। वाह रे जस्टिस साहब लगभग 13 वर्षों से ज्यादा हो गये , मामला कोर्ट में है। उस पर फैसला नहीं कर के शेयर मार्केट का ज्ञान बघार रहे हैँ। कभी गरीब,लाचार,विवश लोगों की व्यथा सुनों जिसको शेयर मार्केट से कोई मतलब नहीं ।
