Yes The law to the conscience to show sins and guilt The wages of sin is death and God punishment is hell The gift of God is eternal life though Jesus he paid for our fine so if your in courts even though your guilty if someone pays your fine you can be legally let go and God and let us go If he repent humble our self confess our sins and turn away from the and trust in Jesus like a parachute that because of his death and resurrection we can be saved Forgiven born again and made rightouse because of our faith in the saviour

Saved from what? People need to know about Gods wrath and that He is just to condemn us to hell for our sins. Then the substitutionary death of Christ makes perfect sense.

Religion has actually convinced people that there's an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time! But He loves you. He loves you, and He needs money! He always needs money! He's all-powerful, all-perfect, all-knowing, and all-wise, somehow just can't handle money!

Theres only 1 God and created all things. Jesus his Son was born of a virgin Mary. Your sins seperate you from God when you die to eternal hell fire. Jesus died on the Cross for payment for your sins. In your place. If you accept his sacrifice. His flesh his blood his anguish, Christ on the cross for your sins. God will then accept you. And give you eternal life. All sins forgiven past present and future. Washed away.. if yes just tell him you accept it. He will here you and take care of your salvation for you

You wrote *_"All sins forgiven past present and future."_* Nonsense. ⚫ "For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries." (Hebrews 10:26,27) ⚫ "For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. ⚫ "But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway." (Paul, in 1 Corinthians 9:27) ⚫ "But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken; The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers." (Luke 12:45,46) Jesus did not tell His disciples to preach *_"If you accept his sacrifice."_* He told them to preach "repentance and remission of sins": ⚫ "Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that *repentance and remission of sins* should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem." (Luke 24:45-47)

What is your definition of repentance? Apparently it means to stop sinning, which is impossible. You can't just say a prayer and make yourself believe... That's just make believe. Repent in the Greek literally means to "change your mind" and believe the Gospel. Please don't add "of your sins" to repent, it is a false gospel that points to your own works. Jonah 3:10 in the KJV uses the word repent properly. God himself repents 38 times in the Old Testament and he is without sin. Remember, Judas "repented of his sin" and still went to hell. Jesus alone!

So how do you explain salvation? How does repentance takes part in salvation?

@@JoseVelasco-cw7bm @José Velasco Personally I don't like long comment replies but I believe it's necessary when it comes to the right Gospel. I apologize in advance for the length so please bear with me. If you're willing to have a conversation we can go back and forth in truth and in love. The Philippian jailer asks Paul and Silas how to be saved in the most pointed verse on salvation in the Bible. Acts 16:30-31 30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. We see there is only one thing you need to do to be saved... Believe. And yet it seems like there two things as it says in Mark 1 Mark 1:15 15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. So, which is it? Just Believe? Or both repent AND believe? The Greek word for repentance is "Metanoia". Which simply means to "change your mind". That's it, NOTHING ELSE. The church likes to add to repent things like... "and clean up your life and show fruit" etc, but it's just not there. God is asking everyone to "change your mind" and turn from whatever you're trusting in to save you (ie. turning from my sin, my own goodness, my church attendance, my tithing etc) to trusting completely in the Saviour who did it all for you, Jesus Christ. So you can see that WHEN you believe you HAVE repented. THEY ARE THE SAME THING! This is how we can reconcile the verses above. It's not two things it's only one. This is very important to understand so please pray and ask God for his understanding. I had to erase the unbiblical definition of repentance the church had embedded in my head. It took me a while but then God suddenly opened my eyes and I said "Of course! That makes sense!" Some may get angry at this but ask yourself why? What is so wrang about trusting fully in Jesus? Keep reading scripture and proper definitions only. Not church lingo and traditions that always to add to the Word of God. You can't go wrong and you'll be amazed at what God will show you! I'm not saying all people who use the term repent of your sins aren't saved or anything like that. It could be just be semantics and people haven't really looked at it that closely. It's a heart issue that's between you and God. But many are deceived and still trust in themselves without realizing it. God gets ALL the glory in your salvation. Please don't think there is anything you need to do other than believe. Otherwise you are saying Jesus' sacrifice wasn't good enough and you need to help him. Do you see how foolish that is? "Repent of your sins" sounds good and tickles the ears but it is a self centered, self righteous gospel that can't save! The devil LOVES this so called doctrine. It makes some people think they are saved when they're not. Their pride allows for a small portion of their own goodness to creap in. Very dangerous. By the way I found this fact very interesting. The word repent is not in the book of John even once. Do a word search, it's not there! And yet the word believe... I prefer the KJV for a multitude of reasons but the word "believe" appears 131 times as well as "believeth" 39 times for a total of 170. John uses them both for a combined 68 times. Looks like the main focus of the Gospel is to believe!! And WHEN you believe you HAVE repented! Praise God that is good news! All the glory to Jesus! Sometime I'd like to talk about how Jonah 3:9-10 in the KJV shows absolute proof of the proper definition of repentance as shown here. And that "turning from your sin" is considered a work in God's eyes. Looking forward to hearing back from you or anyone else that's interested in this very important topic. God is good, be blessed.

@@dfxdarrell6734 Thanks for taking the time to write back. My interpretation of repentance is different than your, if I'm not mistaken. Mark 1:15 says: The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. ✝ Matthew 28:11-13 "Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and showed unto the chief priests all the things that were done." "And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers," "saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. The elders that "sentenced" Jesus to death, did not have a problem to believe that Jesus had resurrected. They actually had more faith then the disciples. When Jesus got arrested, they went to hide, even though Jesus told them he was going rise from the dead. The elders knew Jesus was going to rise from the dead, that is why the asked Pilate to put guards securing the sepulcher. ✝ Matthew 27:62 "Now the next day, that followed the day of the preparation, the chief priests and Pharisees came together unto Pilate," "saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After three days I will rise again." "Command therefore that the sepulcher be made sure until the third day, lest his disciples come by night, and steal him away, and say unto the people, He is risen from the dead: so the last error shall be worse than the first." The elders knew and believed Jesus died, was buried and resurrected, but they were still not saved. The reason they weren't saved, was not because they didn't believe, but because they refused to submit their life to Jesus. A lot of people know God is real, they believe God is love, but they also know God is holy, and that is why they don't surrender their life to Jesus, they love their sin so much, that they reject Jesus authority. ✝ John 3:19 "And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil." This is what I believe, we must believe Jesus is the only way to heaven, is not by works, he paid the whole price to redeem us. But we must also repent, yes it means change of mind, but not only to stop trusting in my good deeds to saved, but realizing that I have offended God so much with my sinful lifestyle, and so now I choose to turn my back to sin, to follow Him. If turning my back to my good deeds to trust in Jesus is not a work, turning my back to sin to follow Jesus, is not a sin either. So, to repent doesn't mean to change your ways, and come to be saved, it means you surrender your will to Him, and choose to follow Him over your sin. Jesus said: 1. Repent, and 2. Believe the Gospel. Thank you for reading, we can learn and grow together in our understanding of the Word.

@@JoseVelasco-cw7bm Thank you for your humble reply, I sense you have a gentle spirit. Unfortunately a lot of people I run into aren't so nice, especially on KZfaq. I could answer every point you made in your reply but I think the most important place to go is proper biblical definitions. Again, please don't add to the Word of God. Words have meaning and we MUST stick to proper biblical definitions no matter what anyone, including the church says. This is exactly how false doctrine and false denominations are created. You say the definition of repentance is to "surrender your will to Jesus and choose to follow him over your sin". Can you prove that? What dictionary are you using? Or what Bible verses do you have? Can you please show me? The fact is the Greek word for repent is "Metanoia" which literally means to "change your mind". Please look it up then stop and let it sink in. You CANNOT add ANYTHING to that. You CANNOT add "change your ways, clean up your life, surrender your will to Jesus over sin, NOTHING. Jonah 3:9-10 in the KJV gives the proper Biblical definition of repentance and proves exactly what I've shown in this thread and is critical to understand so please consider what it says and the implications of it carefully. I pray God opens your eyes to his truth because it will change everything. The context of Jonah 3 is that Nineveh is about to be judged by God for their sin and be completely wiped out. Jonah 3:9-10 9 Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not? 10 And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not. We see in verse 9 that Nineveh wants God to repent. Why? Does God have sin they want him to repent of? No, they want him to repent or "change his mind" and not judge them. You see how words have meaning and you can't add anything just because it seems right? Your definition of repentance just doesn't fit here. And in verse 10 it says that "God saw their works, that they turned from their evil ways". Think about that for a while. God sees turning from sin as a work! Then it finishes by saying that God himself actually repents! "God repented of the evil he said he would do unto them and he did it not". Again, God has no sin to repent of. It's the exact opposite. God wants them to repent or "change their minds" and stop doing evil. So we see that turning from sin (or repenting of your sin) is a work in the eyes of God. A work for blessing here on earth not for spiritual salvation. Jesus supplied spiritual salvation through the cross of Calvary by grace through faith in him alone. No works including "giving your life to Christ". Again it's the opposite, Jesus gave his life for you. Just believe it. Nothing else. Acts 16:31 ..."believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved"... It doesn't say "believe AND surrender your will to Jesus and choose to follow him over your sin". Please respond only to what I've said here. Try and refute it biblically. It is imperative. Everything else can wait. Blessings
