But why it is looking static file .lib?

The .lib file acts as an intermediary between the program and the DLL, providing the necessary information for the program to use the functions contained within the DLL. Without the .lib file, the program wouldn't be able to resolve function calls to the DLL, resulting in linker errors.

Including header from build directory?

Yes, I have include directly from build directory, but we can add in includedirectory() function in cmake and make a directory named as include and keep all headers there and use in our cpp files that will be the good practice. I hope you understand the point if not feel free to ask.
