Background:
I was diagnosed with Autism/ADHD/PTSD/GAD at 32, prior to that I was just diagnosed with GAD in my 30's I started to question if there was something more going on.
This is a new channel to celebrate clarity and vulnerability while spreading awareness about neurodivergence & how it can impact someone's life without having a name for it. I wanted to make this video to help others understand what I'm going through, to give space to receive questions about it and open discussion, and also be an anchored starting point to this whole new journey.
