Hey Benjamin good to hear from ya! - I feel bad now, asking for a song...I misunderstood that you already had some material otherwise I wouldn't have asked. Oops. You can tell I have no musical ability, I can't even count. He said he had 15 songs.. 15 ya got it? Lol. I'm hopeless when it comes to math, if it weren't for geometry I wouldn't understand math at all. - I do have a small gift in visual arts tho, and who doesn't love music so I'm interested in hearing about peoples processes, and how they manage to create something. In my case a lot of my inspiration comes from dreams, or I just think of something and decide it's important enough to wrestle into being - or sometimes shit just happens. I liked the little piece of wisdom you dropped about comparison being a thief of joy, - that can apply to anything. Have you ever seen the movie/documentary called "It Might get Loud"? Jack White, Jimmy Page and the Edge got together to jam and ? It was fun hearing how Jack beats an instrument into submission and Jimmy talked about what he calls "Light and Shade." You know, when the Stones got stuck they drew phrases out of a hat and stuck them together just to get an album out - Yeah, "cut-ups" they called them. Lol - there is a guy called "sor hands" in my suggestions on youtube while I'm writing this with a video titled "Practicing While Sad" I might have to check it out, it's too funny.
