Not everyone grows up on a farm in Nebraska a million miles from the ocean, for some of us the ocean is our backyards, you can get killed walking across the streets, do you not cross streets etc.

I love his channel. It's made me feel safer when I'm out for a swim. I'm on the gulf coast of Alabama and there's def been attacks here, but they are few compared to how many will kill each yr.

The drone is a great tool to prove shark populations have exploded due to protecting them. So it’s proof that the protection is dangerous to people.

even most of the fatal attacks on humans result out of the injuries inflicted and not because the entire victim or parts/limbs were eaten

I think many of the "attacks" are territorial. They want people to get out of where they need to find food to survive.

Fish of all kinds eat artificial lures. Some lures have no resemblance to anything in the water. It's not that hard to believe a shark could mistake a surfer for a seal

I grew up surfing at that beach and never saw a shark. I was told the water is too cold and great whites don't live around here. I saw dolphins every time. I probably surfed Zuma 200 times

They do so because they eat people very simple but sharks are cautious they don't like to lose the element of surprise once tbats gone it has to be careful because they can get injured from seals other animals humans fight back they prefer dead meals but have no issues eating humans

Correct. We’re fortunate that sharks don’t like human very much on account of us being more boney than what they’re used to, but if they’re starving, they’ll lower their standards. They can even eat Lion Fish. If they can shrug off one of the most poisonous fish in the water, they can learn to rip out our stomachs and snack on what falls out.

A very good question! Ppl continuing to swim in the ocean despite the attacks that happen are simply determined to dominate the ocean & it's inhabitants. Ppl want to own every inch of this world so, they keep doing the most stupid things & wonder why they are attacked by sharks. Humans have no respect & no humility. They feel they're special & are the rightful owners & masters of the land & of the waters around this world. Humans misinterpret things they've read & believe we are meant to dominate life on this planet when humans are meant to be stewards & care of all of the lives of the creatures on this planet rather than dominate the creatures with whom we share the earth.

Bullsharks can tolerate freshwater and bear their pups in rivers etc so they're less prone to become prey. They still need to be in the vicinity of the mouth of the river where it opens up for access to the ocean but can tolerate freshwater for long periods of time. Their rectal glands regulate salt in/out take and kidneys store salt etc. We have heaps of bulls and tiger sharks in our Swan River here in Perth (Australia) and a big section of it is their breeding ground. Tiger sharks can also tolerate rivers etc but not for as long as bulls can.

I like to keep my body on land ...if I can’t see the bottom of the body of water, I’m not submersing myself, period. I have no problem fishing from a real boat, but it bust be a minimum of 30 ft!

Shark concervation doesn't mean "more sharks." Shark concervation is a law because their population is massively decpining, due to humans killing them. We still don't definitively know why shark attacks increase during certain periods. But it's certainly not because we protect their existence.

They are shark attacks. You do not get to redefine common vocabulary. The word you are looking for is predation. Attacks happen with predation and without. But they are always attacks.

Depending upon where you are… bull sharks are found in rivers such as the Mississippi. Many hundreds of miles inland if I’m not mistaken. Research for yourself. Alligators, too.
