They are eating... They don't need to be hungry to take bait... You as a person snack between meals.. Why wouldn't sharks? Sharks are opportunists and will indulge when they feel like it... If they were hungry they would be off hunting.. Not staying staying around taking small snacks from us

I'm not sure what you referring to a zapper?? Are you saying we shocking sharks underwater? He is shaking his hand to signal the shark to come in for another feed Just a professional that knows what he's doing.. FYI he's been doing this for 11 years.
