They can scale up if army personnel start using their products, and then they will target gym-goers and other civilians. Since India is a patriotic country, if people get to know that the same company is in the army business, it will create a huge demand among civilians too for their sports tank tops and t-shirts.

Whatever Vineeta said was 100% correct. The company isn't participating in tenders, its doing contractual work for companies participating in tender and moreover the market for such apparels is really very small. Aman's previous valuation of ₹2Cr was correct but founder played victim card which was right in his capacity to increase valuation.
