@@stevie5989 For a 50 year it would mean failure in life, but there are many many jobs that have lockers for their employees. In my first job we had lockers for our uniform and anything else we wanted to leave there and I only used it for my backpack and went to work and left using my uniform because a stupid locker was a shitty thing to deal with. If the company had these things I'd probably used the locker and not have to walk the streets on a stupid uniform.

I was just thinking that. I remember in school all the guys' lockers looked like hell and they just didn't care about organizing it. Everything sat at the bottom, papers all crushed, books smashing the folders... They just throw the shit in there and go. At the end of the year, they'd just take a big trash bag and throw it all out. Lol Only the girls kept their lockers nice and even decorated.

The problem with this is because it’s a locker organizer. -Some schools doesn’t have lockers -Some locker’s can’t fit -Some high schoolers don’t use lockers -Many can buy another one -Price is too high -High-schoolers are also broke and wouldn’t care

Joe Santore doubtful...it would cost an astronomical amount of money for school districts to completely transition to paperless within the next 5 years. They’ve already invested in thousands of textbooks that likely won’t need to be phased out for awhile. Ebooks are typically more expensive than paper text because books aren’t priced by cost to make, rather by customer value. Ebooks are higher priced simply due to convenience sake, and especially when it comes to school districts, budgets are extremely tight and the most economical option is usually pursued. Another absolutely massive cost to switching to an entirely computer based education system is system security. That alone requires a dedicated IT team, along with a great deal of software licensing fees. It all sounds great in theory, but in practice it’s an absolutely expensive clusterfuck to say the least.

The only reason lockers are used at schools are to stuff nerds into them. While I was waiting for Monday morning to come around after I was stuffed into one, I thought there should be a panic button inside the locker that would be wired to the principal's office so they could send somebody to let me out. Or at least some lighting it so I could keep studying for my next physics test.

What the hell does this have to do with 3rd world countries dude? I was "forced" in the sense that I would get a 0 for my daily grade if I didn't use my locker. This has nothing to do with 3rd world countries why would you bring that up?

I thought when I went to middle school I didn't need to put my supplies in my locker because I could carry around my backpack like my older sib, BUT NO the school banned carrying backpacks and now I have to carry all my stuff to class in my arms.

The reason for their low sales is the marketing and design, this really gave school woodshop vibes because that's all it was, the differentiator would have been making it customisable and cute and appealing to the clear target audience KIDS!

I opened my locker once during my freshman orientation and that was the first and only time throughout my 4 years in HighSchool. I graduated with a GPA of 3.3 and remember seeing most of the students running between classes to get books from their lockers. I still to this day do not understand how I survived never having to use one and why others relied on theirs so much is still a mystery to me

I moved last year to a new high school and I can say no middle school or high school uses lockers anymore, you can request one but like 10 kids do that usually, you just carry your backpack and keep your books at home for the most part

Not sure what happened with this product but I'd love to have something like this for my pantry. The top part is roughly the size of that locker and then a shelf and two slide out drawer things. The top part stays a hot mess so something like this to organize what's in there would be perfect! Great product!

Lol I've never had lockers (not including for pe) for middle school, and I don't have lockers (not including for pe) for high school. We don't have a hallway for 2000 students to walk through, we walk outside. Who else has this too lol because all the movies have kids in crowded hallways and at lockers on the sides of the halls? 😂😂

Our lockers back in the 60's & 70's had one shelf on the top to put some books on and you could put books on the bottom floor. You just organized them by class schedule. A hook for coats and we didn't have troubles with our lockers. Other junk just went in purses we kept on ourselves and guys only carried a wallet pr comb in the pocket.
