Nice video Dad. I have the same Shark, it talks. Make sure your software and firmware are up to date. In settings go into the vacuum by it’s name and you’ll find the volume level of the talking. I’ve had other robots over time but this is my first self cleaner. I like it a lot and it is very quiet for a vacuum.

Thank you for the comparison. I was looking to purchase these exact models recently. Decided that the mop would be an added hassle. The point is to do less work, right? I do like that the eufy software can map different floors tho. Hopefully shark can update it to also add other floors. Also, the bagless container was another reason to choose the shark. Who wants to buy bags? We got the white model and it looks better than the black one, imo and it’s less obtrusive against a white wall. Been using the shark now for 2 weeks and we love it. I was unable to find the suction power for it listed anywhere but it doesn’t matter. It does a great job and we’re very happy with it. The only concern is the very small 90 day warranty on it. Hoping it will last for many years. Thx again for comparing these 2 models. You’ve put my mind at ease!

Look at the amount of scuff and white marks all around the Shark. How many things have that run into and scuffed up?

Thanks. I have the Shark. It struggles a little with the cat hair on it's highest setting but so does my regular vacuum. Another minor issue is steps. I have one step down in my addition that it falls off all the time. Other than that it does a decent job.

In the video concerning the test, was the length of time before emptying the bag the same as the eufy for emptying the bag? And did you vacuum with one first or how did the test apply to the vacuuming part of it?

I think I used it for about 3 weeks, I just don't think the eufy vacuums as well as the shark, the eufy has a better map and app, but the shark cleans better.

I think the Shark 2500 series (RV2502AE, RV2511AE, AV2501S, UR2500SR) is better than the 2300 series(RV2300S, RV2310AE, AV2310A, RV2320S, UR2350AE). Do you have any Shark 2300 series robot ? Can you tell the difference ?
