I just bought this at Wal-Mart today for 180 plus 29 for an 3 year warranty. They also had the same model but not pro for 99 dollars but was out of stock. The vacuum comes with an small bottle of solution and for an bigger bottle its 20 dollars. Just used this tonite and am in love with it, its fun to clean with it!

I just bought this yesterday's for $199 at Target in Illinois, 30 minutes south of Chicago! Hope other's are able to find it for this cheap!

Can you use floor shining solution in the dispenser?

is there a way to use it dry as vacuum only without having to fill the water? I tried using rug mode and it refused to turn on because there was no water

Yes I used it without water however you can change it to carpet mode but I think it likes to have the water in it regardless if your not washing floors. Just gotta make sure it's on the carpet mode, idk it also didn't like me using it without something in the water tank regardless if I needed it so if your not going to use it to mop just fill it with water so it's happy.

Thank for the review. I am interested in this one, but can you please check on the charger? What does that say? Is it 100~220v(or 240v)? or 120v(or 100, 110v) only?

Hi, I own one of these. The first time I use this I found the dry dirt stays dry, and tank filled with dirty water in it. Few days later I figured out the whole tank is wet after cleaning. Is this normal? Please reply soon. I am about to return mine. I like the machine a lot otherwise.

bought another brand and it worked great UNTIL vacuumed up kitty litter. Son says it jammed everything up because kitty litter swells. SO I would say that is an issue with every wet mop.

So you actually need to clean the filter as well, you didn't quite go through the exact cleaning process in the review.

Can it clean grout in tile floors?

No, not really. It will maintain already clean grout, but it's not a scrubber. It cleans floors and does a decent job of vaccuuming at the same time. Deep cleaning grout is a job for other tools.

it should work fine just would have to clean it out more often,

No it has a chip inside that detects the combination of sand and pet hair and automatically shuts down

No it has a chip inside that can tell if it has sharks proprietary solution and it will not turn on without it
