It doesn’t make sense how the next 3 weeks will determine the Sharks premiership credentials, what if they win all 3 then after that they suffer suspension and injuries and go on a massive form slump, would they still be considered the favourite for the title, anyone can beat anyone on their day, to be fair Titans should’ve had the chocolates over the Storm last week but some dodgy decisions cost them, people talk about easy draws as if the teams they come up against just gift them the win as a freebie, this is a tough competition and to perform at your peak physically every week isn’t easy to do in this competition, it’s still barely half way in the year to determine who’s in form and who’s not. Last year Souths were flying high on top, Dolphins were on fire early in the season and Eels were a consistent top 8 team and what happened towards the backend of the year, they all missed out. Souths this time last year beat Storm, Panthers and Broncos 3 weeks in a row in a 6 game winning streak and were first on the ladder after 11 rounds and what happened at the end of the year, can someone answer me that.

Sharks fan here I have a gut feeling Sharks will get Storm and Panthers There biggest challenge will be Roosters in magic round, they are the most in form team in my opinion and Sharks usually buckle in big match occasions such as Magic Round and Finals, so that will be a great test for them against one of the top tier teams. Regardless of what happens in the next 3-5 weeks though it’s still way too early in the season, even if they win all 3 it’s still way too early in the season to determine anything and if they go 0/3 I know people will write them off, my only gripe is that they are competitive and have a crack and not get blown out by 30-50 point margins, but again you can’t determine a teams fate this early in the year, so much can happen between now and September/October, form teams can go on a slump with a run of injuries and suspensions and outside media noise due to certain conflicts, plenty of teams in previous years that were in the top 4 early to middway through the year drop out towards the end.
