In this fishing episode Caitlyn and I head out to the key largo patch reefs to do some mutton snapper fishing. The fish are around, but so are the sharks! This is going to be a tough fishing day if we want to make a catch and cook happen.
There's yellowtail snapper all around the boat, but they are a bit too small to star in a catch and cook fishing episode on the South Florida Fishing Channel.
Good thing my boys are out swordfishing so perhaps we can end this episode with a swordfish catch and cook.

Capt.Lee: Just a little advice. I understand tightening a drag to break off a shark but when you don't think it is a shark realize that as line comes off your spool drag is automatically getting tighter due to smaller spool diameter.

I usually don’t respond to videos but you can add a contact switch on floor which is connected to a valve on you water inlet. No more floods.

Think your drag was a little loose. You got to rip them muttons up off the bottom. No wounder the sharks got your fish. You could of named this video" how to let the sharks eat your fish"

Just as others have mentioned, it does need a dab of oil before you use it kzfaq.infoUgkxSlytCJqozTF7EbdP4LWP-HUXf9WRDJ0e - put a few drops in through the convenient screw cap and you are good to go! I have fished several weeks with a couple of these, and I will be getting more in the future. I put these against my Abu Garcia Pro Max reel, and they actually perform a bit better than the Abu with some of my lighter cranks, and definitely just as good with the rest of my lures. My Abu is a bit more low profile and fits my hand better, but these are definitely not bad at all. You can almost get 3 of these for the price of my Pro Max. My only complaint is the thumb bar sits pretty high compared to my traditional profile Abu. Bring that thumb bar down a little and I’m sold on these all day long.

I'm from Kentucky and i go to anna maria island to go shark fishing glad you're feeling better from the cov-19. in the winter watching your videos makes me look forward to spring to go fishing and I love your boat it's cool as hell to see how your channel has got so big, I've be a fan since the begging i love when you and Dan go fishing it's always makes good content nothing against your girls but i think you and Dan fishing together seems to are more invalid in fishing i think you and Dan need to go fishing more and a cool ideal would to have both your ladies do a fishing trip alone or do men against women and that would be some killer content.

Heiko if you line ever get stuck we use this technique in my country you pull the line with your fingers and then release and then pull again hope this helps

Is there a reason you do not glue the rubber liners into your rod holders? My brother and I got sick of those coming out, so we glued them in with silicone sealant from the auto parts store. It has worked great to keep them in place. Keep up the great work, I love you videos. And Happy Holidays.

I recall waiting to board a party fishing boat in Miami that was having a delayed return from morning run. A nice looking woman also was waiting and we chatted and she mentioned she didn't know why she was going out fishing anyway because she already had a refrigerator full of red snapper and that it would be nice if someone would come to her house and eat it and then she asked me if I would like to skip the fishing and go back to her house and enjoy some of her red snapper. I wasn't sure if she meant that or not but then it hit me what she really wanted and I regret not going and eating her red snapper.😂

Might think about putting a drop pan under the water filter and running it outside or to a floor drain. As far as fishing goes I'd rather be with Katlyn than a bunch of dudes. If fishing gets slow you can always watch the submarine races. I've been to a lot of races in my younger days but I've never seen a submarine. lol
