Before being an earthly paradise with enchanting colors, the lagoon of New Caledonia is above all a paradise for sharks.
But not just any: we are used to considering them as formidable predators, they are essentially opportunistic scavengers. Not fussy scavengers on the menu: feathers, fins or hair, everything is good. Among the amazing sequences that punctuate this documentary event shot for more than 4 years in the antipodes, we will remember this scene ever seen of the largest terrestrial animal, a weakened blue whale, attacked and cleaned by cohorts of sharks into the abyss. A sequence that cannot hide more generally an extraordinary quality of images and a polished soundtrack. A great show!
