I wish Civivi would start cranking out more button-only, lock-shut, full-size models. We have waaaay too many thumb-stud, baby-sized, blade-cutout, frame/liner-lock knives. The button-only full-size elementum is the only knife I trust to not ever pop open inside my waistband. It's a great-selling knife, too.

My first Civivi. Purchased recently. The quality is good. Liked it so much i bought the larger button lock only.

My 4-year-old daughter's birthday is coming up and I'd love to get her that birthday cake Elementum. She already has a CRKT deployable combat karambit but we're looking for something less tactical-looking and more fitting for her tiny hands. She needs an EDC flipper which is small enough to keep in her handbag alongside her concealed carry and versatile enough for jobs around school.

my conspirator has been decent. I chipped up the factory edge just using it though. Maybe it was the feather sticking with hardwood. I was able to sharpen it out without too much difficulty.

Am I seeing correct. It can deploy without button pressed, but button to close. If it was left hand friendly would get vs my Bugout.

The original larger BLM is perfection. They had to make the new small one with a detent wider in the pocket than the original large BLM. I’d just like to see Civivi come out with a premium steel version of the large BLM. Just premium steel, please don’t mess with perfection. No flipper needed if it means more thickness in the pocket. LOVE THE HOLLOW GRIND!

This is such a good looking knife! I just got into knives with my Civivi Mini Praxis (I don't have very large hands and a small knife suits my needs just fine). This may be my next buy, as I'm already fan of the brand. And dude, how many knives do you have! D#mn 😆

Dang. Didn’t need to see this and now I need a new knife. I have the baby banter in nitro v and so far I’m super impressed for a budget offering. Came sharp af and takes and holds a great edge considering

Nitro v is like sandvik 14c28n but better. Super easy to sharpen, great edge retention to boot I had it on a baby banter and it was excellent

Fidget friendly is absolutely a thing. For precisely this reason I demand button lock flipper tab knives. This one is an absolute stunner of a knife. Eat your heart out Benchmade.

Obviously, the OG EBL with no flipper tab or thumb studs was a disappointment for many. For me, the original Elementum button lock is a unique offering and my favorite button lock. It’s ultra smooth gravity deployment is almost magical. Still, I won’t be surprised if Civivi discontinues it. I have bought several so even at an accelerated rate of Knife losing as I get older, I’ll always have one. I can’t find a single folder for sale anywhere that has a button only mechanism except for my Milwaukee 6-in-1 utility knife which is kind of a different genre.

Looking for a new fixed blade for EDC. I have the elementum and the button lock. I love the button lock. It stayed in my pocket up til about a month ago. Got it on release. Didn't mind just the button. So of course am looking at the fixed. But I'm commenting because! Never make an excuse for any dessert colorways! Lol. That elementum is sick as hell! 😃 Rad you have that for your daughter! But hell I'd carry that in a second! 😃

The sticky button lock isn't all that great. Maybe it will work in but who knows. Doesn't hold a candle to the CJRB Pyrite

I like the original Buttonlock more. Dont like the flipper tab shape especially when carrying it.

Dont let Civivi hear this, but I have the black out version and the Jade G10 version of this and would have zero issues if they charged me $100 per knife. I can't believe these are $65 dollars or less!

In my opinion the original button lock elementum is wayyyy better

Don't put it in your pocket without it being I something. Just got mine and it has 5 scratches on it! 2 were when I dropped it 3 ft into pavement and the other 3 were from my belt rubbing on it. I have a 17 dollar fake pearl handle switchblade in my pocket all the time that sits in the same pocket as my keys and it doesn't have a mark on it.

I never understood why people love the regular elementum. It’s way too small to comfortably cut with. At least for me. XL glove size but not massive hands & I just can’t with it. The bigger button lock size is perfect but the button lock 2 isn’t comfortable

not as fun as the regular button lock version, the button is a little different, and recessed deeper, not as easy to open and close in the same way. But maybe just needs to be broken in more.

Your constant flipping of the knife interferes with your presentation and is irritating to the listener.

they made it to dang small, wtf, why not make the bigger one with the flipper tab.
