Products mentioned:
Any white/light eyeshadow, and neutral shadow a few shades darker than your skin tone. The shadows I was using were from sugarpill and makeupgeek

If you're wondering why the trailer and bloopers aren't with the tutorial like usual it's because I'm tryin out a new thing! I have been looking for ways to both improve my work/life balance, as well as listen to you zombaes to give you what you want and I think splitting up the really big tutorials may be the solution. In this case, I'm uploading the intro as soon as it's ready, and will upload the tutorial a few days later, and the bloopers a few more days later, rather than you having to wait a week and a half or more (how long they've been taking me on my own lately) for the whole thing. I know some of you like other parts more than others so this will also be an easy way for people to find their favorite parts quickly! I really like the idea of it because on my end of things it means I can put extra instruction in the tutorial, create more elaborate intros if I want, or leave in more bloopers if they're all broken down into smaller videos anyway. I often cut out a lot when I'm trying to condense all three parts together because I don't want to whole thing to run over 20 minutes. This fixes that and leaves me a bit more creative and educational freedom! So anyway, we're just trying this out for now - if people generally seem to like it and it also helps my work flow, we'll do it again for the multi-part videos that include an intro like this. Otherwise it'll all be what you're use to! Thanks for understanding that my channel will need to evolve with time - I make every decision in regards to my content with the best intentions in mind!

Several more princess ideas: Pocahontas with a tomahawk in the head (as if when she protected John smith her dad didn't stop from hitting her in time), Tiana drowned (as if she got caught in Hurricane Katrina), Mulan with a firework explosion in her face (cuz Mushu couldn't aim), Meg (from Hercules) with a discus in the head, Alice in Wonderland with mushrooms growing out of her face, and Jane (Tarzan) with a gorilla ripped face. I know she already stopped the series, but these are just some ideas

nononono, we dont jump head-first, we have someone walk down / walk by the bottom of the steps / staircase and then with good timing we jump onto that person, we wont get hurt (besides that random person) AND we get something, well, SOMEONE, as a landing pad.

Lillith Greif no, we don’t do that either. We put cardboard all over the steps and then make a sliding board with cardboard and many many blankets make sure if you have a gate to take it down. Then you slide down and have a race with other people and post it on ytube

Dear Mykie, I'm sure you hear this all the time, but the Princess Series is, by FAR my favourite series you have ever done (your Aphrodite for the NYX Face Awards you did last year is a close second, though). Once you finish, I plan on creating some fanart to represent all of your gory, marred, and downright gross Princesses. Once that is finished, I'll find some way to notify you so you can see the finished product (don't worry, I'm going to link to your channel and, when I post the princesses individually, I'll link to the videos. I know you probably aren't doing darker skinned princesses (welcome to the pale af squad) but, I kind of like these ideas. Jasmine being mauled by her tiger. She has a tiger... pretty self explanatory Tiana with warts. She kissed the prince who was a toad and Mulan with lead poisoning. In her time period women would wear lead makeup.

Mykie, you are in a class of your own! The glam look was so beautiful, and the gore side was amazing! Your tutorials are so detailed and easy to understand, and I love that you keep safety a priority. With SFX looks like this, it can be so easy to go to extremes to create something that looks cool. Hahah, close- I went to film school in Philadelphia. I haven't been to any school for makeup, though I'm considering it because teaching yourself takes a lot of time with trial and error- a luxury I don't really have anymore. Also, advanced mold making/prosthetic making gets into territory where it would really be beneficial to learn from someone experienced because it works with some potentially dangerous chemicals to the makeup artist or actor if you don't know what you're doing. So trial and error for both those reasons is becoming less realistic for me. If I ever do end up going to a school for makeup though, I'd be sure to tell you zombaes where.

Genuine question- would you tell an Indian, Asian, Hispanic, Native American, or white child that it wouldn't be a smart idea to dress up as Tiana if she's their favorite disney princess? That would fit both because in the original red Riding hood, little red and grandma were eaten but saved by a lumberjack. He killed the wolf and they were able to get out of his stomach. I don't remember Goldy locks as well but I think they did eat her to go with the moral. I know I'm a few years late, sorry I just love these things.

This was amazing!! I love these twists!!! You should try to do a gore version of Pocahontas (like her being possessed from all the different spirits of the earth...just a rough idea) or Mulan, when her relationship with Mushu isn't what she expected, like not her guardian at all, but one who haunts her some way....again just brainstorming:) I look forward to all of your videos!! You keep this 36 year old inspired!:)
