I have a habit of drawing some parallels between Shaun and Sheldon Cooper. While they are different they have many similarities too. Shaun interrupting someone because he thinks their job isn't as important as his is soooo Sheldon!🤣 Come to think of it if they met each other would they be fast friends or argue about who is smarter?🤣

He's bad with social cues. He didn't understand that she was busy, and he wanted to give her a sandwich so that she could concentrate. By the way, it was Lea who used a bad example, that's why he responded the way he did since he takes everything literally. I haven't watched the series, so if he right out stated that he doesn't think her work is as important as his you can disregard some of the things I said.

To be fair, Glassy is saving a life right then and there. Idk what her job is but she’s only contributing to something that helps save lives like Glassy, which is important, but doesn’t require as much focus because the process is slower and less intense.

This was a good show but I discontinued it after the episode about a 11 - 12 year old child born male brainwashed into thinking he's supposed to be a girl. He is on puberty blockers and his parents support him and then ultimately the entire scenario is accepted by Shaun. I watched a couple episodes after that but the show wasn't the same anymore. Didn't expect that from the man who created House M.D.

I realize it's a TV show and suspension of reality is needed, but the premise in the episodes and the show itself is very difficult to absorb. Some of it is interesting and engaging, but doesn't last.

@@justafanfave228 Not men. "The Man" - David Shore is the creator of both "House MD" and "The Good Doctor". (Although The Good Doctor's concept is taken from a Korean series with the exact plot.) Writers can write a million things but the ultimate approval always comes from the show runners/creators. So I guess we are in a liberty to judge a little here.
