I wonder if Hardwick is kicking themselves in the ass because of not having the brewery there. Sort of reminds me of The Alchemist in Waterbury .

I see that the brewer is using an instrument to measure wort I think. Does anyone know which instrument is?

Salvatore Sparacio Anton Paar DMA 35. Measures density throughout the fermentation process. cheers!
