I can't believe I thought I came up with the melody and chords they play here at the start. I listened to it maybe a year ago and forgot about it, and I had this melody and chords randomly come up in my mind during an online class and immediately jumped to the piano to figure out what I just heard, thinking it's my creation. The mind is so weird. I actually remembered the chord progression and melody a year later. Unbelievable. I've been watching Shaun Martin since I've been seeing Snarky Puppy back in April just sitting around watching videos. His talent on the keyboards is so tight and great. His solo material is on another planet of jazz and being cool. The music is so cool and laid back and I can't stop watching this video with my earbuds. His other musicians are so cool especially the bass player who was just jamming so effortless. Please keep bringing the cool jazz and peace. If you go on tour, I'm there at your shows.
