That drumstick he's eating is a Cornetto, the namesake of this trilogy. And there are so many references to other horror films it's crazy.

I first saw Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Jessica Hynes in an older British comedy called 'Spaced' back in 1999, which is a good watch and you can see where the roots of the Cornetto Trilogy began. I don't think it's necessarily review worthy, but definitely a fun watch. Love your reviews by the way - keep it up!

Another foreshadowing that I didn’t catch for a while: “Snakehips. Always surrounded by women.” Later, we see Snakehips being eaten by a group of zombie women. 😄

Just a fun movie, not really a Horror one, but the reaction was still funny even if it was a rewatch. 👌 I liked the part with the zombie apocalypse discussion. 😊

This was fun! Another zombie comedy splatter film is Dead Alive (aka Braindead), one of Peter Jackson's earliest films. I'm usually not into slasher type horror films but this one is so over the top gory it is funny. Not as good as Shaun of the Dead but still worth checking out if you like zombie comedy horror.
