Salute Shaun T for sharing his TRUTH/ STORY!! Molestation is something that isn’t really talked about in the Black Community. We can’t HEAL what we DON’T reveal. As a Childhood Sexual abuse/ Molestation survivor my heart breaks for anyone who’s experienced this but I’ve turned my pain into purpose . I love his Hip Hop Abs DVD & him being transparent has also helped other ppl live in their truth.

Shaun T helped me get my first beginnings with fitness, with T25. I LOVED that program and I had my first taste of real physical fitness with it. Now I train 5 days a week and I have muscles baby!! Thanks Shaun T!

I use it, because I'm obese with severe hip arthritis. My doctor decided to talk with me about taking it. I truly was doing everything to lose weight. Been dealing with hip arthritis for 2 1/2 years. It is working I see my doctor every two weeks for an hour, no more BP meds, I have no appetite, My heart is in good shape, organs in check. I eat one healthy ass meal a day, greens, protein. I have no desire for soda, sweets and the weight is coming off and I finally see it on the scale. I lost so many inches of my body. And I'm doing Pilates.

@@rainbowlove5391 Try Nature Wise Curcumin Turmeric take 3x's day. Yet, a few relatives with arthritis are using products from a UK companycalled Bio Stack Labs. It's pricey--GD Aid and NAD Regan but it worked for them. Also, eat for your health. Research foods that heal inflammation etc.

I like how candid and open he is about his body transfromation...knowing what he knows now..insanity is a waste...all that jumping around calisthenics is bad for the body...he even said he dont do insanity anymore...weight training is always better for the development of your body...cardio burns fat n muscle..which is why most runners physiques are thin..no muscle composition 💪🏋

I’m hyper sensitive about my son being harmed by anyone and I feel like I make his father make sure he looks at statistics of Black boys who are harmed and no one helps because of just the world and It’s really so scary. But I’m happy he did this interview
