A straight razor shave on the back of the neck is a great way to finish off a haircut. Not only does it get the neck hair cut closer it extends the life of the haircut. I have also found that throughout my career clients love it and this service can drastically improve client retention.

Definitely improves client retention, I paid two dollars more at my old barber shop (I moved) vs. one of the chains and didn't mind doing it because of the neck shave (makes you feel like you've been to a BARBER)
